What will the role of Manufacturing Technician entail?
Reporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader, as a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be working as part of a team dedicated to producing the best quality high precision products. You’ll be responsible for the operation of a variety of assembly equipment and fixturing. You will need to operate inspection equipment, in due course, with supportive training. You’ll be working with a range of materials, primarily with thin stainless steel diaphragms, producing vacuum components. There may be occasions that you will be required to perform other tasks/functions within your skillset. Experience is not essential as training will be provided.

What will I receive in return?
As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll receive a competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications, with a review after six months or sooner, subject to progress. On occasion where overtime is required, this will be paid in addition to your salary.
Other benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension contribution, Health care, Death in service cover, ample free car parking and an early finish on Fridays.
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4.30pm, and Friday 7.30am to 12:30pm. Flexibility will be required to meet business needs.
Location: 45 Laker Road (Rochester, Kent). Good road links for commute from M2 and M20 motorway networks.
